Netforum Online Store Guide

NASPAA has officially transitioned to Netforum, which provides membership services, including the sponsorship store and event registration. Use this guide to get yourself started with Netforum today.

If you have already logged into your Netforum account and are looking to nominate / register students for the NASPAA Simulation Competition, follow the Guide to Nominate Students for the Simulation Competition below.

If you were a Membersuite user before the transition, your account is already in Netforum and you just need to follow the Guide for Registered Membersuite User Accounts below.

If you were not a Membersuite user, you will need to create an account. Follow the Guide for Non-Registered Users below.

If you are locked out of your Membesuite accounts and need a password reset, please contact Alex Minkoff at minkoff@naspaa.org.

Guide to Nominate Students for the Simulation Competition

If you are already able to log in to Netforum...

1. Click Here to go to the Simulation Competition Registration page.
2. Click on "Nominate/Register Students." 
3. Select "Member" for the Registrant Type setting. NOTE FOR STUDENTS - If you are a student and are nominating yourself rather than getting nominated by your institution, please select "Student" for the Registrant Type setting instead.
4. Fill out the Badge Information section with your own information as the nominator.
5. At the bottom, use the checkboxes to indicate the number of in-person and/or virtual students you are nominating for the competition.
6. Click "Next."
7. Enter your destination competition site and the names and emails of each of your student nominees.
8. Click "Add to Cart."
9. Click "Check Out" and complete your payment to finalize your nomination.

Sponsorship Guide for Registered Membersuite User Accounts

If you were already a registered user within Netforum and you would like to purchase a sponsorship for the 2024 NASPAA Simulation Competition, please follow the instructions below to login to Netforum.

1. Go to the Netforum store page.

2. Click 'My Account' in the top-right corner.

3. Click 'Forget your password?' to complete your Netforum account registration.

4. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'.

Sponsorship Guide for Non-Registered Users

If you are already a registered user in Membersuite and would like to purchase a sponsorship for the 2024 NASPAA Simulation Competition, please follow the instructions below to log in to Netforum.

1. Go to the Netforum store page.

2. Click 'My Account' in the top-right corner.

3. Click the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page.

4. You must first test your email to make sure it is not already registered in Netforum before creating a new account. Enter your email address and click 'Search'. 

5. Click 'Register Now!"

6. Fill out the information on the next page and then click 'Continue.' You are on your way to making your Netforum account!
