NASPAA Bylaws: Approved Edits and Implementation Timeline
We are pleased to announce that the proposed edits to the NASPAA Bylaws were approved at the Annual Business Meeting held on October 10 at the 2025 NASPAA Global Conference in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The updated Bylaws can be found here, and the implementation timeline for the approved revisions can be found here.
This marks the first comprehensive revision of our Bylaws in more than a decade, ensuring that our governing framework reflects the evolving needs of our members and the field we serve. The revision process was led by the 2025 NASPAA Bylaws Committee. We thank the committee members for their efforts, which brought clarity, alignment, and modernization to our policies.:

We also extend our deep appreciation to 2024-2025 NASPAA President Mohamad Alkadry, whose leadership and commitment were instrumental in moving the revisions forward and securing their approval by the membership.
It's worth noting that our work does not stop here. The 2025-2026 NASPAA President, Sara Rinfret, has already begun planning for additional reviews and updates based on member feedback. These next steps will help ensure that NASPAA's governance remains responsive, inclusive, and forward-looking.
Thank you to all members who participated in the process and continue to help strengthen our shared organization.
