Vote: Changes to the NASPAA Bylaws

The vote on the proposed edits to the Bylaws will take place in person at the 2025 Annual Business Meeting on October 10, 2025. Principal representatives from NASPAA member institutions -- or their designated voter -- are expected to cast a vote. Your participation is important, and we want to ensure you have the information you need to make an informed decision.

The proposed edits have been carefully vetted by the Bylaws Committee and endorsed by the NASPAA Executive Council, ensuring they have undergone multiple levels of review. Providing this information before the vote supports transparency and helps you cast an informed vote efficiently and confidently. We are sharing these materials so members can review and ask questions before the meeting, as we will not have time for discussion during the session.
