NASPAA NEXT 2026–2027 applications are now open!
NASPAA NEXT connects a cohort of early career faculty from across NASPAA member institutions for a yearlong journey of growth. You'll learn alongside peers facing the same challenges, build relationships that outlast the program, and help shape where NASPAA goes next — all while developing the leadership skills that will define the rest of your career. Open to: Assistant Professors in their 4th–6th year, or recently promoted Associates, at NASPAA member institutions.
The experience includes: 4 virtual webinars, mentorship, peer collaboration, and an in-person panel at NASPAA 2027 in Kansas City, MO.
