Brad Stone graduated in 1991 with a Masters in Public Administration from the Martin School of Public Policy at the University of Kentucky. Brad emphasized in Environmental Management during his MPA Program. Prior to becoming the Program Planning Manager for Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet, Brad was the Planning Supervisor for the Kentucky NREPC, Division of Water.
