annual Career Professionals Conference is a two-day meeting for
career services directors and staff to discuss
matters pertaining to advising students on their internship and job
search, training students in career search skills (resume- and cover
letter writing, interviewing, case preparation, etc.) networking
with employers, managing career offices, and related issues. |

Program directors and advisors
from schools without full-time career professionals are invited as
well. The 2011 conference will be
generously hosted by the Office of Career Advancement at the
Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. The conference starts Sunday evening,
Dec. 11, at the Charles Hotel, with a reception for first-time attendees to meet each
other and seasoned veterans, followed by an informal dinner for all
attendees.
Monday's schedule, at the Taubman Building 5th floor, starts with registration and continental breakfast
at 8:30am and runs through 5pm, followed by a group dinner in
Harvard Square. Tuesday will run from 8:30 to approx. 4:30.
The conference dress code is business casual.

The registration fee of $125 includes
conference materials, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and coffee breaks.
