Public Administration Education The Inter-American Network for Public Administration Education (INPAE) is designed to create the infrastructure for democratic governance and development in Latin America by building capacity for public administration education, NGO management, and public policy education. INPAE supports partnerships between institutions of public administration in North America and Latin America. INPAE has significant participation by public administration institutions in Latin America and North America, as well as endorsements from international development organizations. Its partnership projects and other activities are funded by grants to NASPAA from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and from USAID through the Association Liaison Office for University Cooperation in Development (ALO) (administered by the American Council of Education.) Activities: 2003 On February 11-12, 2003, NASPAA,
INPAE, and the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration
(EBAPE), Fundacao Getulio Vargas,
co-sponsored an International Workshop on Program and Policy
