Project Title  

Improving Qualitative Researching Capacity in Public Administration

Description

To conduct two workshops with the Master's Program faculty. The first one was an introductory workshop in qualitative research on public administration to identify the most relevant areas for Chilean public administration. Then the participants prepared research projects. In the second workshop the projects were discussed individually, and the suggestions and recommendations were incorporated to improve project design and facilitate implementation.

Need  

To update the themes and methodology in public administration qualitative research

Objectives 

To strengthen the  research capacity of the Master's Program faculty

Accomplishments  

6 research projects  technically designed with a solid foundation about relevant topics for the Chilean public administration
