efficiency of public management, specifically in the area of urban
development. |

Need
|
A public
organization requires tools to evaluate and measure outcomes of
public management. The
design of a performance measurement system will help identify the
objectives of public management and determine how improvements in
public management can be attained. |

Objectives
|
Develop a methodological proposal for the design of a performance measurement
system and strengthen the coordination and cooperation of similar
public institutions.
Specific
Objectives:

the function of performance measurement systems.

priorities and assign project responsibilities.

and evaluate the actual situation.
