First Annual Meeting
(Panama City, Panama, October 27, 2003)

NASPAA, with assistance from the INPAE Steering Committee, organized this meeting to support the institutionalization of INPAE as an independent organizational network of schools of public administration. At this meeting, the new INPAE officers met with INPAE institutional representatives from Latin America and the United States to conduct INPAE’s first annual business meeting and to discuss strategic and programmatic guidelines for the first two years of INPAE.
