Roster of NASPAA Associate Members


Action Without Borders connects people, organizations and resources to help build a world where all people can live free and dignified lives. Action Without Borders is independent of any government, political ideology or religious creed. Our work is guided by the common desire of our members and supporters to find practical solutions to social and environmental problems, in a spirit of generosity and mutual respect.

The American Student Government Association will provide all Student Government leaders and advisors nationwide with networking, research, and information resources and will teach them how to become more effective, ethical, and influential leaders on their campuses. ASGA also will promote the advancement of SGs nationwide, will conduct research as the nation’s only “SG Think Tank,” and will advocate the critical importance of every institution in America having a vibrant, autonomous Student Government organization."

ICMA is the professional and educational organization for chief appointed managers, administrators, and assistants in cities, towns, counties, and regional entities throughout the world.  Since 1914, ICMA has provided technical and management assistance, training, and information resources to its members and the local government community. 

The National League of Cities is the oldest and largest national organization representing municipal governments throughout the United States. Its mission is to strengthen and promote cities as centers of opportunity, leadership, and governance.

Public Management Institute

For many years, the Public Management Institute (PMI) has served as an important vehicle for bringing exceptional individuals with the capacity for leadership to careers in New York State government. Through carefully crafted job assignments, coupled with relevant training experiences, the PMI prepares participants with master's degrees in public administration or a related field for management positions of increasing responsibility within State agencies.

Proudly bearing the name of the founder of the nation - the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan - Zayed University was founded in 1998 to inspire, encourage, educate, and lead a powerful generation of students.

UNPAN - the United Nations Online Network in Public Administration and Finance, is managed by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Public Administration and Development Management in partnership with 20 relevant international and regional institutions worldwide and 10 United Nations related agencies.   
It serves as a portal for public administration, which is the only one such network in the world today.  While its immediate objective is to establish an electronic platform linking related regional and national institutions online for information exchange, experience-sharing and on-the-job training in the area of public sector policy and management, its long-term objective is to build capacity, bridge the digital divide between the rich and the poor, and promote south-south cooperation of these regional and national institutions to access, process and disseminate relevant information via up-to-date ICTs for the promotion of better public administration. UNPAN provides five major online and offline services, which include information, training, technical advice, conferences and worldwide directories that focus on: governance systems and institutions, public service and management innovation, social and economic governance, public financial management, and knowledge systems and e-government.
